jfl i took ashwagandha every day before my exams to calm myself (it reduces cortisol) however I realized that this cortisol before exams gave me motivation to study. The drastically reduced cortisol from daily ashwagandha use greatly contributed to my procrastinating until the day before and now i think i failed aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh reeeeee
