Im wondering if it’s the intermittent fasting that made my UEE worse or if it’s just the dropping body fat in general
I do 18/6 to 20/4 intermittent fasting 4-5 times a week (been doing that weekly for 1.8 years)
went from 20% body fat to like 13% body fat in the span of 1.8 years with intermittent fasting and a very very slight deficit
now I’m wondering if it’s the fasting that made my uee worse or just losing bf in general. Maybe fasting gets/taps into the deep fat pads of the eyes and face?
