You literally only feel anger and hate due to imagination, so why wouldn't insane things also occur due to it?

the exploding head syndrome thing sucked ass the rest is fine. What happened for me was I'd just get like a sudden flashbang where all my senses fire off full blast for like a millisecond, and usually if I had one episode I might have one or two more the same night. Stopped happening though it's been like 2 or 3 years

Yes I get that, I also feel like I'm genuinely falling sometimes, like I feel the pull of my skin beacuse of the atmospheric resistance when you fall.
