When I do HIIT and intense cardio, my cheekbones feel higher/more defined

What’s the correlation?

You probably mewed while training. Due to the immense forces when working out your tongue naturally gets pressed against the roof of your mouth. That pressure widens your maxilla bone and thus expands you cheekbones and makes them higher

Actually no.

My post was 100% wrong and people who want better Cheekbone and Jaw definition should be aiming for 25% BF.

BF% is not relavent, but whether you mew and bonemash between reps will get you the best results.

I usually bonemash my cheekbones after each lift with a hammer I carry around.

I lose bodyfat over the cheekbones, but also around the cheekbones, and it looks like shit... :feelswhy:

You can just use the girl free weights for that.

I used to carry a hammer with me but it looked kinda autistic hitting myself with a hammer in the middle of the gym.

regardless of how bloated you are, you can still tell if you have good cheekbones or if they re improving by noticing how much they protrude past the eye in a 3/4 view

only way this wouldnt work is if you re morbidly obese and all your face is fat

Yeah I’ve noticed this too. But without cardio. I do all lifting. I’ve noticed my cheekbones (which admittedly aren’t great) and zygos pop a lot more now. Who knows
