Anyone fuck with injectable l carnatine.
I’m guessing it’s basically just a really good supplement u have to inject right

No new mechanism just because it's injected. Oral bioavailability is already pretty good at 2-4g/day. If you do inject, aim for like half an hour to an hour before training. Typical IM dose is gonna be like 1-2g (normally people use acetyl-L-carnitine or just plain L-carnitine). >2g can be painful.

You want your solvent to be sterile water or saline, pH adjusted. You need to know aseptic technique if mixing yourself.

Oral is gonna be the same benefit really and zero injection hassle with the same benefit. If you have GI issues then sure, drop 1g IM preworkout. But else, just take it orally.
