If the problem was your temporal muscles you could get Botox injections on them or temporal reduction surgery.

You have a wider than preferred forehead/temple area?

-If so they can inject Botox into your temporalis muscle to decrease bulk/width in the temporal area.
-another option is hairline lowering with emphasis on filling in the hair around your temple region. Filling in more hair near the temples(more and more close to each other ) which give the illusion of a narrower forehead.
-another thing you can do to balance out your head shape is getting a custom jaw implant to make sure your jaw width is proportionate to your bitemporal width.
