what do you want to know exactly? hgh and testosterone are arguably the 2 biggest exogenous hormones you can take when it comes to ascending how you look

depends on if the goal is for facial bone growth, height growth, skin/aging benefits.
for bone and height growth id recommend 5-7ius generic HGH per day,
for igf-1 (assuming its igf-1 lr3) probably 75-100mcg every day but it has to be cycled. (3 wk on 1wk off)
for test, again, its dose dependent on what you are trying to achieve.

diet is crucial and underrated when taking any of these exogenous hormones, you will have to delve deeper into the understanding of the human physiology to understand it. HGH is nothing unless your liver converts it to IGF-1, and IGF-1 is nothing unless your cells are sensitive/receptive to it and you have the insulin to "transport" everything to the cell
