Anyone got any tips on how to ascend my mouth area

The area from where my smile lines are seem to protrude as shown in attached

I thought this might be due to my teeth as I’ve had braces but unfortunately let my teeth move when I was younger

Anyone got any idea on what it could be if not that and how I could deal with it

thanks for the response man but have u got any other ideas that might not need surgery at this point in time that’s not an option for me

looks like some discoloration on your upper and lower lip, also get rid of the red bumpy pores under your lips, they are also cracked so get some type of vaseline and drink more water
