its very good, recommend most for people who are just starting but dont underestimate it, if you dont monitor your electrolyte levels, there will be serious concerns. other than that its a cool diuretic

won't monitor sodium intake but will supplement magnesium and potassium

And also blood glucose monitor to ensure I don't go diabetic
