My folds are getting stronger. When i smile, they are very visible. Could filler be the solution? I heard its a risky region, and could cause blindness if injected wrong.

risk of blindness is close to none dont worry about it

lol the risk is miniscule like 1 in 10 million

i got them 2 months ago and they removed my folds completely but made my midface look more stocky/bloated. The nfl filler have almost disappeared now in only 2 months

i try to remove the folds now by:
-pokerface
-sleeping on back
-losing bf

What's the problem with them? most people have when they smile

isn't this caused by skin sagging / High body fat?

I think its caused by small palate and recessed maxilla. I noticed that females with robust skulls and wide palate/maxilla, are not developing strong nl folds.

Ding DIng Ding we have a winner, my main 2 flaws I have

Thats the reason I have folds so I get fillers but I want a peramanent solution

I think infraorbital rim implants may help?

Wtf they are only noticeable when you smile and you‘re worrying about it?
I regret to do fillers. It did nothing to my folds ( they improved by itself cause I‘m young)
And I got 3 hard lumps under my skin from it. 2 of them I destroyed with really hard pressure and one bigger is left, I hate it

How is it that even mega recessed subhumans don't have those folds? At least a couple of examples of recessed faces are posted here everyday and nasolabial folds are quite rare.

I've seen 2 practitioner's about fillers for nasolabial folds and they both suggested the right treatment is fillers around your cheekbone to effectively hold up your skin/soft tissue, rather than injecting directly into the folds. One even said it's weird to not have any folds and injecting directly into them can give an ape-like appearance.

I'll be getting fillers done at some point but not much point right now while we're in lockdown, also going to look into some skin tightening treatments.

Filler are such a nice cope, but i am to scared because of this doctors opinion. I had 5ml to the cheekbones, and now im scared of getting a bloated and sunken face, once the filler moves downwards.

Yeah fillers are a quick and rather cheap solution (compared to hardmaxxing), but temporary. And they also mess up the face in the long run. Let normies use the fillers, it will ascend them for a couple of years, but in the long run fillers are a looksmin.

Fillers, if done properly, are great till you get permanent surgery.

The main issue with fucking up your face is if you force your skin with too much volume, then once the filler migrates or is dissolved you end up with repercussions.

Someone like me for example who lost cheekbones and jaw mass because of orthodontists won't suffer such effect.

Yh you could put something subtle in the area of the fold but it's better to follow that suggestion.

What's the most permanent solution? It seems like fat transfer is the best way

Any updates on Fillers vs Fat grafts for correcting nasolabial folds?

I'm about to consult with a surgeon about this
