anyone got tips for shrinking waist/hips

need a better shoulder/waist ratio, luckly I have good shoulder genes and dedicate an entire day to shoulders/neck. Just need to get the hips and waist smaller so i look less wide and have more of a V

ive seen rib removal for smaller waist in women, but I think the v taper is mainly about hips so that wouldnt do much

3.BLAST THE FUCK OUTTA THE SHOULDERS
protip:- most of the people underestimate the fat they hold in the hip/waist area make sure you lean down real good and second of all your goal in lifting isint to have adriana lima body proportions, I am pretty sure anyone can achieve female gaze physique with good training.
