if u havnt grown inna year, then ur growth plates are defo closed. Better to invest in androgens yes

It really depends, get an x-ray or something to see if your growth plates are open or not. However if you haven't grown for a year (assuming you have enough sleep and a proper diet) I think it's highly unlikely.
