Anyone had good results from fat grafting midface alone?

I really hate the fact to have implants for the rest of my life inside my face and raffaini uses fat graft to correct the recessed upper parts of the face after lf1 unless you are severely recessed in that case you would have no choice but implants

Most surgeonsn refused to do even lf 1 on me but i could convince few blackpilled ones , if i would mention lf2 i would get laughed at and kicked out of the door i think

The thing is you never know if you'll get infection or bone resorption even many years later of getting it in , also you'll def need revisions when your face will start sagging so you'll have to redo the whole surgery once again

Yes , the implant will be much more visible because of your skin and also you will have natural bone loss with aging ofc you're not forced to do it but most likely it will look like shit

Yea but that is probably when you hit like 45 at least, and I think you could do a fat graft to remove this also. But yes it can be bad in the long run for sure

According to Dr. Yaremchuk, fat grafting and implants provide comparable results up to 2mm of projection. If you need upper midface projection beyond 2mm you will need implants. Moreover Dr. Raffaini does not use fat grafts to "correct" the upper midface in the same way that implants "correct" the upper midface. He uses them all throughout the face during orthognathic surgery for a variety of reasons.
