You don't necessarily have to get surgery, it can take months or a long while of stretching but you have to make sure you're doing it correctly and doing it every day

Honestly it’s not too bad an issue for me, only when hard so not full phomosis

Everyone says just stretch but I’ve never seen actually successful results from it and most just get surgery eventually or do nothing
