You can do a "nontraditional" way which works: 2 week course of atropine eyedrops. All this time you will not be able to leave house (very unpleasant), but it resets your eye muscles, and you can start seeing better.

However, it touches only the part of myopia which is above the astigmatism.

Astigmatism-part of myopia is uncorrectable without glasses/lenses/surgery. No natural way works. Only hardmaxx. (y)

Dude, ask your eye doctor about atropine and eye exercises, and ask him what the astigmatism numbers are.

if you have no astigmatism, your eyesight can often be corrected to perfect

i have astigmatism like 1 diopter but i dont give a fuck about that it just makes things shaky a bit do you think it matters

Ok, so, this 1 diopter will never be corrected with any "natural"/non-surgical means. Live with it.

everything above it, can be corrected. (y)

have you done this thing or do you know anyone improving with this thing

I did atropine. It improved my eyesight probably 1-1.5 diopter. But i have astigmatism, so the only way to fix this fully is laser eye surgery.

you can only fraud it to make it less worse
or just sunglass maxx:lul::lul:

I did a laser correction to drop the glasses. It's a good hardmaxx relative to how cheap and safe it is compared to sawing your skull in half or something like that. Even if you're too ugly for women, people of both genders will take your more seriously. Everyone just stopped assuming I'm a nerd, they call me "smart" when I talk about complicated stuff instead.

There's LASIK surgery which reduces the eyeball but is risky can make you permanent blind

There's some eye exercises like Bates method if you have stress induced myopia which may or may not be cope
