Me. Combined with maxillary height deficiency, long philtrum and a fckton of asymmetries. I still have all my wisdom teeth, which erupted normally, and apparently i don't have to get them removed before my bimax.

Interesting, in my case my maxilla is quite long though
it feels like my skull overall is quite wide, but the facial bones up front are not or something

Same I have all my wisdom teeth but u have sfs bc my jaw is so small. I’m starting to think my jaw is normal sized, just that the rest of my head is overgrown

my foreheaad is so big and i wonder if its because i bonesmashed it into jimmy neutron size, as akid i had a tendency to hit my head when i was frustrated
