Anyone have any experience getting rid of Flourisis at home?

I have literally just one blotch in my front tooth, it bothers me so much I’m considering wasting 150 to buy 35 % phosphorus acid and perform a self dental micro abrasion but I’m worried it’s just gonna fuck up my enamel

It’s not due to braces , it’s from overexposure of flouride when I was little

I wanted the braces cause they were cheaper and thought they’d look better

Yeah, heavy on overexposure as a kid. Even before any of my bone teeth came out I would slap the whole toothbrush with fluoride just to be clean.

And it is pretty common, most of it as like on the ridges of my teeth so it’s literally not visible except for that one spot

Just make sure your kids don’t make the same mistake as me, at the age of 5 I think a pea size amount was the recommended amount.

I’ve wasted maybe 100 on tooth whitening recently to do it at home. Didn’t work, none of those white strips have ever worked for me
