I used that logic (the people didn't have a bed and used their hands.
My neck and upper back hurts.
I made a DIY cervical pillow yesterday and my sleep improved significantly.

That's why I asked this question.

The entire thread was spam. I should've just deleted it because half of the pages were just kaligula tagging the mods and tagging randoms for reps.

Didn't realize this was in looksmaxing and not off topic. For cervical pillows, I saw people on reddit suggesting some kind of pillow called a buckwheat pillow. I don't know how effective it would be but maybe try looking into that? I usually sleep on my back with a pillow under my knees and I don't have any issues.
