tolerance builds very fast, u won't feel the same effect if u take it for more than like a week in a row, so short term use. Maybe a week and 2 weeks off and so on

Benzos are good for low inhibmaxxing/high stress situations like presentations/job interviews stuff. They helped me a lot through college and with job interviews. You have to find the dose that makes you feel like you've had a couple of beers (tipsy feeling), but not high enough to make you sleepy. This will change as well if you become more dependent, and other factors such as weight. For example if ur a fat fucc u may need to pop an extra tablet cuz when youre fat the volume of distrubition will increase for highlgy lipophilic drugs like diazepam, and less will reach the brain overall.

Only take low doses for anxiety (10mg), otherwise they make you lazy af. Valium is a longer lasting benzo (6-8h), as opposed to Xanax etc. Also don't take them regulary because they are very addictive and bulid tolerance fast, and once you're addicted withdrawal is hell and can kill you. Take them only in high stress situations like the other guy said, but I would recommend other stuff first benzos are when you're actually a mentalcel.

Also when on benzos NEVER drink alcohol, srs. You'll be low inhib and won't care about drinking too much which can be deadly. Trust me i fucked up because of it.

Benzos are the best. Personally I like Xanax. Don’t do them more than once a week, twice at the very most. And keep the doses low. It will help a lot with talking to women

I actually do enjoy popping a few benzos before drinking because it makes u buzzed quicker. Normally I would drink up to 10 beers during a night, but with 2 or 3 bromazepams beforehand I only do 5-6. Good if ur on a diet n shiiit

Valium on its own, in my experience, makes you edgy enough to not want a single bit of eye contact with anybody other than those you are comfortable with. Any form of confrontation on valium alone is an extremely distressing and drawn out process for me.

Its effect is very permanent but u gotta take it alot, even near OD. Because after that u wont be afraid of anything

It's not a whataboutism. It's an anecdotal argument which I made, which obviously I recognize isn't the strongest argument you can make. Smoking does cause alopecia areata in some individuals, but it is not due to the nicotine in cigs. It's due to the heavy metals like arsenic and mercury which build up in your system and damage the hair follicle cells. Nicotine has vasoconstrictive properties, however if vasoconstriction ("BlUdFlOw theory") was the sole reason for balding, then people with high blood pressure, including women, would all be bald.

ofc if yoi dont have the balding gene u wont go bald, but alcohol interferes with the dna methylation process worsening hairloss @Bewusst knows much more than i do though about it
