I'm starting off at 0.10 retin a micro. My understanding is that you simply moderate based on frequency of usage. I'll start off at once per week with a pea sized amount then twice per week the following week then every other day. If my skin is getting destroyed then I'll stay at the current frequency until it is tolerated. Always put moisturizer on after application.

I went from 0.025 to 0.1 a couple weeks ago. I've never purged, but I'm peeling. Most likely because I use glycolic AM and Tret PM. The increase in skin quality is very noticeable. I've accomplished in weeks what a lower percentage took months to do.

0,1 will just get you there faster, but the sides for most people are not worthed, so stick with 0,025 or 0,05.

Yes, 0,05 ED didnt even cause a slight irritation after a couple of months. After switching to 0,1 I had to switxh from ED to E3D. It's super strong

I was on 0.025 for awhile and then moved up to 0.1. My skin was very dry and I had breakouts for the first two weeks or so and now I’m fine. Just get the occasional pimple here and there
