Powerful sleeping pills don't give you proper sleep anyways, fucks up your rem cycles. Just do mk677, melatonin and meditation. Also change up your lifestyle if it involves rotting all day. Get some exercise, eat healthy food, get enough to drink. Something is wrong if you need meds to sleep. And this is coming from someone with chronic insomnia.
