I do it now for like a year and a half everywhere subconciously, even all the time when I’m with my gf of like 1 year. But I just have to cope, because of frauding my looks, even though it may just be in my head, this year has been better in every way then the last when I was depressed rotting. I also wear shoes with 3 inch platform which is obvious height frauding but I just don’t care because my mental state is then normal and happy.

yeah I do it for a long time now and my ogee curve is very different than when I was 18, I think it’s mainly scar tissue, but I can feel my zygos much better than my midface so idk. I also did it sometimes more like a form of self harm when I was pissed off
I train masseters by clenching on mouthguard time from time but for me the results are shit because of bad instertions. and my eye shape changed naturally which is a big one. man I’m so relieved that I can tell someone all this shit unironically
