THAT is the true way to remove chubby cheeks, not the cope buccal fat removal. Most fat is stored on the malar pads, and that is how most people have chubby cheeks

WTF is the difference between the 2?

legit buccal fat removal is the cope of surgeries according to nearly all before/afters I've seen

imagine paying a few grand for no visible difference and surgeons showcase pictures as if nothing was wrong jfl

Buccal fat removal is fat removal from the lower area of the cheers. Malar fat removal/liposuction is removing fat from the upper area of the cheek. THIS is the cause of chubby cheeks

I see, thanks.

why are you trying to resurrect an idea from 2016 lookism lmao

also this won't work, i cba to explain why

Malar fat pad liposuction does work. But… the issue is the fatty area isn’t just fat, it’s muscle and connective tissue too. So the surgeon has to be extra careful and use a micro canulla otherwise the results might be uncanny and it might be worse.

Malar fat pads once liposuctioned might hang with the excess skin from your cheek bone, since this pocket of over whelming fat was large and bulging, is now gone. The skin has to go somewhere. My surgeon said he can do it but it’s only when you have genetically predisposed malar fat pad and good cheekbones is when he will do it. The cheek bones acts as a drape holding the skin.

if the doctor does everything right, and he removes most of the fat (1.5cc-2 each side) in this area, expect a nice increase in your ogee curve as the malar fat pad is the second reason beside being boneless, you don’t have a sharp ogee curve.
