The way I see it, if you don't take off your shoes at home, the only place you'd have to worry about height frauding is at the beach or something, but you can still wear some kinda sandals or something and then slightly stand on your toes JFL.

It returns to baseline shorty after, but it does indicate that nofap does effect t levels

for anybody still looking at this thread, it was a 45% increase from the baseline, not 145%, and the testosterone immediately went back down after 7 days. The scientists predict it was due to sperm being recreated again.
