The hyoid bone could be higher also, if I am understanding the x-ray well, your rami are asymmetrical.

You seem to have a protruding occiput as well.

I am sure @RealSurgerymax can give you a better evaluation.

Thank u I can actually lift my hyoid inside my jaw when I mew but sometimes I get lazy. I use to clench my teeth but the orthodontist told me my ramus is symmetrical but it created more bone on the bump part due to the force.
