I want to maintain a >2700 cal diet so im not hungry and to keep my testosterone high since calorie deficits lower testosterone. And 1h30 minutes of gym training 5 days a week isnt doing it for me.
For subcutaneous fat its easy, liposuction.
But for visceral fat Ive searched in google and the only thing that comes is omentectomy which seems cancer related.
Any experiences with this?
And no, im not doing clenbuterol or steroids in general untill im at least 45-50:years old which depending where my testo is at ill do trt and thats about it.
