No need for pics, based on your description you need maxillary downgraft.

Inferior movement (lengthening) of the maxilla is possible, but results in a gap and a non-contact situation between the upper and lower part of the maxilla.

The gaps need to be bone grafted, usually with free bone grafts from the iliac crest or the outer table of the skull, or allogeneic bone.

I don't know, ask @RealSurgerymax.

Some dental movement is probably possibly and depending on how severe your case is it might be able to be fixed orthodontically. I recommend consulting with an orthodontist and asking for morphs after treatment before having plastic surgery For this.

But you will probably need surgery. If you have a long philtrum covering your smile then it could be fixed surgically at a soft tissue level with a bullhorn lip lift.

If not, you would need maxillary downdraft as the user above pictured.

I'm so fucked, is there any other non-surgical way of fixing it, like facepuller or something

Nature is so fucking cruel to some:feelswhy:
This girl got her suture split and then used the facebow
2mm forward growth and 2mm downward growth which is what you'd want
might mess up your bite but this actually helped her malocclusion so the orthos might have a way to stop that from happening
worth asking them about for sure
