I need weight gain ngl. I'm already running tofacitinib but I need methotrexate added to my stack. Infections are a joke compared to my hairloss right now

I assume you’d have to take those drugs permanently which wouldn’t be an option for me really. If I was in your place, I’d look for another solution but that’s just me. Health is even more important than looks imo

Hair > all. I'd rather commit suicude then continue losing hair. But maybe I'm just being rash. Once I get a scalp biopsy then I will understand what I should do better.
