Oopbuy and sugargoo i used to use. But a private vendor would be better. But i stopped buying reps and havent bought for ages, so there might be better agents. Im guessing your buying reps to sell?

and also to find the items you can use taobao, 1668, use google to find reps and u can even use taobao image search to find specific reps. Reddit will be your best friend when finding reps. Also make sure the seller is good
