no im certain im 12-14 max.

You could try getting to 10%. Might not make a significant difference or it might idk. I don’t think skin can be that thick that it makes ur face appear fatter. It might be ur fat storage genetics in which you could go for the buccal/malar fat removal

10 percent bf isnt sustainable , someone with thin tight skin at like 15 percent bf will look leaner then someone thats 10-12 percent bf that has thick skin.

but 2k seems to be the norm but im having trouble finding one tht does it for tht amount.

ngl tbh i was thinking about just performing buccal fad pad removal on myself. i was thinking of making an an incision in my inner cheek and then getting a good looking escort to suck the buccal fat out of my bloated cheeks with a straw. alternatively i could get a vaccuum cleaner and tape the straw to the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner to suck out the buccal fat. is this a legit theory? will i get hollow cheeks and become a male model for l' oreal, burberry or calvin klein if i do this?
