Anyone know how to differentiate between thick skin and facial fat?

Inb4 “lose weight” because despite me being 6’0 and 150 lbs and being called skinny my whole life, I still have a round/fat looking face so currently I’m cutting. And despite me being 136 lbs at this height at one point and still having this roundish face; I will still cut for the next two months.

But I’ve had many people tell me it’s just thick skin.

It is a mix of many stuff, thick skin, fat and not robust enough so you'll end up with the roundish look.

Could be. I just don’t know which it primarily is.

Avoid salt intake & lose water weight for a few days to notice the difference

not thick skin unless ethnic

I’m definitely ethnic lol

But don’t see how ethnicity plays a role in this
the darker the skin the thicker it is which is why blacks age so well since theyre skin is thick and doesent wrinkle as easy

>Results: There was no statistically significant difference in skin thickness in white (1.41 +/- 0.01 mm) compared with black (1.39 +/- 0.02 mm) women(P =. 3).

it will be about 2mm on most places on the face before you get to the subcutaneous layer, this probably doesn't vary much by ethnicity. You are probably recessed/have non-androgenic fat deposits

Perhaps. But just for confirmation could you dm me and I’ll send you a front + a side pic?

Depends on your bones if you have none don’t waste your time losing more weight
