Is it a tissue problem or ptosis? that should be your frist question.

If it's ptosis then ptsosis correction surgery, if it's a tissue problem then either fat grafting or extraction.

That’s brutal man, are you fat? It sort of looks like it but if you lose some fat then your eye area could ascend. Im Asian as well if u look at my eye area my eyes ascended pretty hard just from puberty and getting to 10% bf.
