Anyone know how to grow under eyebrow properly?

hair grows under my eyebrow i think i can probablu make them lower set this way but idk how to grow them out fully i was thinking just shaving my eyebrows completely
off and maybe seeing how that goes

your eye area isn't even bad don't ruin it nigga just cycle minoxidil or castor oil
