My posture is otherwise shit.
I sit and my shoulders cave in, neck sinks in, head rolls back.
It's not from weak neck -- I have a strong neck and traps.
I think it's maybe some imbalance? I have for example trained shoulders intensely over the years but have neglected lats a lot. But in any case I'm not sure what I should try to fix, as it's multifaceted and various overlapping issues.
Should I try working lats more to see if it improves this? It's basically like my neck rolls back and sinks in to my shoulders when relaxed. I have to consciously fix it 24/7 like it's some kind of annoyance rather than a natural posture. When I stand I think my posture is easier, but when sitting my neck, shoulders, hips, etc. are all fucked up.
Some combo of anterior pelvic tilt, nerd neck, droopy shoulders/neck or some shit?
What do? I'm familiar with mewing, chin tucks, etc. It ain't helping though.
