a fat graft is 2000-5000, but you can ask the surgeon to graft fat in other parts of the face to fix further flaws

Im confused, are you saying that doing all that would cost the same price? So basically the surgeons have a baseline level of fat that they'll graft per visit, and if you want to do a lesser amount for less cost thats not possible? Sounds like a way for surgeons to force more money out of you
