Any tips or books to know about? been wanting to get into Lucid Dreaming to save sleep time, basically like getting another 6 hours a day

my best tip is to microdose amanita muscaria, mushroom with psychotropic and also sleep effects, i were litteraly in a half dream state humping my bed for 2 hours, thinking i was farming in a farm
