Depends on the guys looks. Some Meds look very white, some Meds look very ethnic. This guy looks closer to white so it's not really an issue in my eyes. The issue I have is when very nonwhite looking people try a white aesthetic. It looks uncanny and I just know I can't trust that person

Something like warm brown since your skin tone is warm brown. I cant find many pictures of hindus with warm brown hair online but even just these blond highlights looks so much better than black
