anyone know if oral cortisteriods nuke your collagen?

I got prescribed this shit for hives that have been forming on my back possibly from a allergy or something and i read online that this carries side effects like weight gain and decreased collagen synthesis after 6 weeks even at low doses

ive been on multiple courses of corticosteroids

bloats the shit out of u, bone loss if used for long, idk about collagen loss but wouldnt be surprised
