Depends on how high the flatness goes. But the other answers are correct.... a lefort 3 will be very tough to get unless you are actually deformed.

I have seen surgeons say lefort 1 plus implants to orbital and zygos are the best method..... but I have not seen enough before/afters to validate that.

only if the surgeon makes em look wierd.. if he knows what hes doin then its no more plasticy/fake than natural/ ZSO. Most retarted surgeons add too much just above the lower maxilla and not enough on zygo/suborbital area. This in turn causes a feminine/bloated look and obliterates the ogee curve aesthetics
