anyone know why I have these lines under my eye?

im theorizing its because I have negative orbital vectors combined with the cheek fat. Ive read online that they're called malor bags or festoons but those are only for old people so idk? also side note anyone know softmaxxing tips for uneven skin tones? like how my cheeks are reddish but under the eye is pale?
