Anyone knowledgeable enough to give actual surgery advice?

I’ve given up on softmaxxung. My entire skull is messed up and I’m like sub1 on a good day.

Is anyone here high IQ to give actual surgery advice and what could help me?

I have a recessed mandible, maxilla, infras, awful eye distance, and overall boneless throughout my entire face.

Can send pics in dms but like genuinely be warned, it will make you tear up (not tears of joy)

I’m open to paying a few bucks if you give good advice that will make me cope for atleast a few months
