Cope diet. I saw some retard on youtube doing a sugar diet and he looked like an Auschwitz victim. Very emaciated and malnourished. Just eat a balanced diet(meat, dairy, fruits). fuck all of this carnivore cope, vegan retardation and all these guruism diets.
