anyone managed to get dense/puffy hair with a hair transplant?

do you have pics of anyone making it? all cases of HT ive seen, most of those hairlines look short like elon musks and this is rly bad hair for me and doesnt fit my face

if im alive ill probably finish with a nw2.5 at my 60s but ive lost hair density by a lot and i dont know the cause for this.. my father is nw2 with normal density for his age at his 60s and i started shedding like crazy at 18, id say ive lost 40% of my hair density in a period of 8 months.

.. can i get transplanted hair that will look like this? inform me on the limits of HT

Just get ht when you're Nw2 and hair is still thick. Then only it'll look as you said.

Bro trust me hair density is giga cope, the most important thing ia hairline trust me, my uncle has incredibly low dense hair at front, i can almost count the strands but he has nw1 hairline so nobody describes him as bald, while there is this neighbor of mine who is like nw3-nw4 and people comment on his baldness

With the right product, maybe yeah. All depends on your donor area bro, and the the styling and product you put in. Also the actual thickness of your folicles, quality of hair transplant and wave / kink in your hair.

So many factors.

It's realistic imo, but I always see dudes after hair transplants with weird scraggly looking hair because it's from a foreign area.

Im the opposite, my ipd is 72mm and have a 150mm wide skull so short stiles look good on me

A lot of things matter on a hair transplant. Your blood circulation under ur scalp, success of the surgeon, your donor area etc. Also if you are only going to cover a nw2 area, you can get more dense hair by using more grafts. Also imo some of the examples u showed can have long, nice hairstyles but they dont seem to prefer it because of the age.

No i have cucked under eyes, upper maxila is kinda flat and jaw is cucked too, too high gonial angle and inwards ramus, width is good tho. This is all because of downwards growth, but i still look quite descent because of good ratios, good lower maxila and good eyes

Dutasteride is better than fin but more sides, also hard to get

Also you have to activate the monoxidil, it doesn't work for 60% of people by default. Applying tretinoin cream daily can help the monoxidil start working.

I soon will get off fin and i hope i get my insane sex drive back slowly, im on 0.13mg daily currently. I've tried dealing with some topicals before but I cant apply them because i got long hair and its a mess, I bet it all goes wasted, and besides that Ive seen that the hair grown from minoxidil doesnt look that natural and healthy to me. I will buy some keto shampoo (im suspicious my scalp is inflamed) and start supplementing with a multi in case my hairloss is caused by some mineral deficiency (im not eating well) .

Strong temple points extending towards your eyebrows automatically make you look virile and healthy even if your hair is short/thin.
