so im (23yo) smoking weed daily for a few years already
obviously its hurting my life and looksmaxxing - eat shit food sleep shit hours get fucked mentally.


anyone managed to stop? im really lost. cant go to sleep without weed

i'm on it (at least i hope so). started coronavirus with smoking every other day, then very slowly started adding an additional day in the break in between. then another one, then another one and i'm now at smoking once every 6 days. i know it's not a huge progress considering i've had 2 months times for this now but i'm not in a hurry.
