Remember those high T kids and young teens that would egg, toilet paper, vandalize with graffiti, play pranks etc


Just low inhib kids that would mess around but not real criminals like home invaders etc.

anyone notice that those kids are extinct just like fucking wooly mammoths. they dont exist anymore

on halloween no one will egg your house anymore. matter of fact there are less kids going out at halloween than ever
