I see white graduates from UNI often have to try much harder then Curries in finding a job. It seems its so much easier for a curry to get one in like IT or software then it is for a white guy. I assume Curries are just more well networked or is their some sort of bias?

One of my interviews for an internship the interviewer was indian and hired me after he asked me where I'm from and I told him I'm afghan.
