Scientifically it's the best tan you can get. Above spray tan and tanning.

Lycophene and astaxanthin idk.
It did help after a month or so for sure. 2 weeks was enough.

Yes its good Trust me. I was pale as fuck, but you Need to do high doses. Start off with 30-60mg Beta carotene and 30mg lycopene and 24mg astaxanthin. But after two weeks lower Beta carotene to 30mg

i was doing 25mg beta-carotene…
might just be how your body responds idk

It Takes like 2-3 weeks but if you combine all Three the Color Looks so much better than normal tan alone
