anyone tried megadosing MK-4 FOR REAL???

i feel like no one tried really high dose like 45 mg or even 90mg daily

There is only one supplement dosed high enough for this "Thorne K2 Liquid"

i think because its too expensive for most.

but there must be a couple of guys on this forum that really tried that doses+ the other supplements for bone growth
