Anyone try red light therapy for the upper face only and only during a fed state? For more bone and fat in the upper face?

Apparently red light increases blood flow and increase bone density

I’ve tried red light before and it was cope as fuck, if anything it burned my fat and made me look worse

BUT I did it in a fasted state during my 18 hour fast, and I did it to my whole face. So of course fat will be burned if blood flow is directed towards that area in a FASTED state

That’s why I’m thinking maybe being in a fed state will have the opposite effect and it will create bone and fat

The only thing I’m afraid of is if it will burn the fat off. Theirs articles “claiming” of fat burning propierties but it’s kinda BS. All dermatologist/surgeons agree that it doesn’t burn fat

“In summary, phototherapy cannot be used for targeted fat cell destruction, however it can assist in overall reduction of fat through increased ATP production, cellular respiration and lymphatic drainage.“

So basically it won’t be localized, but overall far reduction as in body fat %

I am doing red light therapy but just for skin. The idea of doing it in order to affect fat was unthought of.

blood flow effects/determines where fat goes during a fed state

And blood flow effects/determines where gets lost in fasted state

Red light increases blood flow so

I’d also bet that applies to bone as well

Yeah in theory that makes sense. I hope it doesn’t increase facial fat because I do it around 3 hours after dinner usually

People are so stupid with "growing bones" theories.

Did you get the face fat back
