Yeah I am only asking cause I may have a thyroid issue. And people say his diet is good for that.

The Paleo diet seems ideal to me. It's everything our ancestors ate and it's all natural foods.

I am reading more into it and the diet seems weird asf. Eating candy and sugar...

I mean I think fruits are healthy but any sugars outside of fruits should be limited weird diet overall

Rn my diet kinda sucks I did keto last year.

Keto is ideal if your fat and want to lose weight but if you want to maintain muscle its a bad diet. After I got to a healthy weight I felt low energy once my fat levels reduced it was fine until I got down to 20% body fat

I'm not one to advocate for Keto, i think it's unnecessary and your diet should be balanced like Paleo diet.

I've heard about the diet where you mainly eat meat dairy eggs and then a few veggies and fruit.

But shit like an all meat diet seems crazy

most people who do the diet make their own candies / ice cream with organic ingredients and no extra bullshit so it's not unhealthy, just a source of sugar.

It can help in some cases but long term it's going to cause issues. I really don't understand why people are opting for extremes on either end of the spectrum, whether it's full vegan or full carnivore. Your diet should be balanced just like everything else. Veggies, meat, fruit, not just one thing.

Well from a natural stand point fruit was rare. To survive the long winters people survived off animal fat. There certainly was no such thing as sugarcane sugar that you could add to your food

1) appeal to nature fallacy
2) the point of the "diet" is to eat what makes you healthy, the diet is just loose general guidelines. If you see in your blood tests that your thyroid is better after eating sugar thdn keep doing it. If the problem got worse then stop.
